THIS IS A OLD CAST IRON PAPER WEIGHT. IT HAS AN OCTAGON SHAPE. INTERESTING DESIGNS PRESSED IN THE IRON. IT IS IN GOOD SHAPE. NOT ALOT OF WEAR. T ARE NO MARKINGS. THE ONLY PAPERWEIGHTS I HAVE SEEN THAT RESEMBLE THIS, USUALLY HAVE ADVERTISING. IT IS HEAVY AND SOLID. VERY UNUSUAL.
